Seeking qualified individual to fill a Sales/Business Development Position for Robur absorption cooling and heating products offered in North America.

POSITION SUMMARY | Candidate to be responsible for maintaining and growing sales representative network and promoting technology to companies across North America with primary focus in continental U.S. The individual in this role will help to increase sales volume through a variety of account activities including exceptional customer support and conveying of technical knowledge utilizing sound business development and marketing strategies. This is an outside position with 30-40% travel expected annually. The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the U.S.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE, but not limited to, development and expansion of product representatives in specific markets primarily in the continental U.S. though some travel across North America will be required. Initial sales training of product representatives and sales personnel, product presentations,  establish, develop and support product representatives, preparation of equipment proposals, identifying and developing new business with existing customers and sales network, develop and manage new leads by participating in trade industry conferences and exhibits while promoting the companies technology and communicating with customers to discuss, quote and sell company products. Assist Sales manager with special projects, reports and sales and marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS | Individual to have general understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems. General computer skills with proficiency in Word, Power Point and Excel. Communication skills including public speaking and proficiency in discussing technical aspects with mechanical engineering community. Associates degree or greater in comparable field. Fluent American language required.
